Payment and Refund

Payment Options

almadrasa accepts payment by cash, credit card and bank wire transfer.
Payment can be made in USD or Egyptian pound.
Full payment of tuition and fees is required at the time of registration.
Registration and placement test fees are included in tuition fees, unless otherwise mentioned.
almadrasa is not responsible for any transfer or bank charges incurred by international transfer.

Refund Policies

The student has the right to cancel the enrollment agreement and obtain a full refund up until the first class.
If the student cancels by the fourth session (i.e. the end of the first week), the student will be entitled to a 75% refund.
The one-to-one tuition fees are refundable only if a cancellation request is sent to almadrasa 24 hours prior the lesson.
If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the total fees of the lesson will be charged.

When should i pay for my Course?

Please note that courses and accommodation must be paid in advance in order to confirm the booking.
If payment is not received, courses and accommodation are not guaranteed.
Full payment must be received in order to guarantee your place for the duration that you would like to study.
